Quads Chart

Quads Chart - It's quite possible to squat heavy and not load the quad tons tons (glutes, low back, hips taking over a bit more.). When i am in the gym i can hammy curl. My hamstrings are stronger than my quads, is that a bad thing? This might be a stupid question but im just curios if it is a bad thing. 4 for the quads, 1 for the hamstring, and 1 for the glutes. Do quads with flat feet (they won’t be perfectly flat at all times just like regular walking, they flow) going on your toes is unbalanced and increases your risk of injury. Does anyone here have tips to help me salvage what i can? Do your quads feel sore after squatting ever (or just low back, glutes, butt?) ? My quads still aren't firing 4 months after surgery, dr says this is due to severe atrophy. Tris are necessary for many simulations to run.
